Stumbled across these video series. They are not specifically for our cars but they are good for general reference and with a little free thinking would be able to aid in a project. The tone of the videos are for a novice/intermediate level but will show everything in detail.

Nathan McCullough is the dude that does the videos and has done a lot of them.
