This is useful for making quiet wiring jobs for inside the dash and other places. This is a very simple DIY. It can be quite annoying to hear ticking from wires or vibrating as you drive down the road this will cure it. I hope this helps someone.

You will need:
some automobile carpet (available at stereo install shops)
some spray glue (walmart or auto parts store)
wire, crimp connetors and zipties.

start by making the harness out of the appropriate wiring. You then zip-tie the wiring together in a manner that it's separate conections are running to seperate places.

Then you cut a piece of carpet to wrap around the wire. It should extend quite a bit over the wiring. Use spray glue on the fabric and lay the wires across it.

Fold the edges of the carpet over the wires and press firmly together.

Cut the excess carpet off

Silent wire-loom.

That's all there is to it. Now you know how to make those in-dash connections with the fabric covering.

This one in particular is meant to go right across the brim above the gauges. It's not a mod that anyone will ever see, but it will make a difference to your ears when you drive.
