I believe the Sylvania Silverstars are what you're looking for. I had them on my Tib. They're more of a translucent turquoise that light up amber.

why do you want them to light up orange? my turn signals in the rear are white, front are still orange gotta get new clear corners for the front $44+bulbs+Nightshade for matching white lights in the front haha

 

I believe a flashing white light is illegal in some states. IIRC, my Tiburons rear tails were just faint yellow, so it looked almost white.

 

yea i talked to a officer here (indiana) and he said its "Technically Illegal" but he told me nobody on the force would pull me over for it, and if they did they would give me a verbal warning and tell me to change it.
