Is it worth selling my ps2 and 21 games and controller, memory stick? I mean who would want to buy it these days, there are people who will not even buy ps3. What will you do with your ps2?

I tried to sell My PS2 with a bunch of games and a rare Ace Combat 5 bundle with the Saitek stick at one of those game stores. They offered me $23. I told him, for $23, I'd rather smash it in the parking lot than let them turn around and sell it for 3 or 4 times that much.

I played my PS2 yesterday.
I have my Dreamcast set up as well.
Granted, I also still have a Gensis that gets regular use, as well as a TGFX 16, NES, SNES and Caleco that all see a decent amount of attention. So my opinion's slightly slanted.
However I'd say hold onto the PS2 for a few years. They're getting increasingly rare and people are abusing the crap out of them. The'll eventually command a better sum, and the $20 or so you'll get for console wont make a dent in the new consoles price. About ten years ago acquired a mint 3D0 in box with about 30 games for $50, today some of those games will sell for that price alone. The retro gaming is a roller coaster, but if you cam hold off there's a chance some of the more obscure games can command as much as the original price. More to the point: an NES-101 not even in the original box, but still commands almost $200. Wise money isn't dumping the system now.
