Default What's a good 60-65" TV?

Looking to buy a new TV for the new house and wanted it 60"+. I like LEDs due to the heat and power useage but are they good for gaming? I am looking to replace my Pioneer Kuro and I would say 50% of the time I am playing games, 50% of the time watching TV. A friend recommended the Panasonic TCP65S1 65in black S1 series 1080p plasma HDTV, any ideas?

I'm currently watching a 65" JVC Plasma 1080p that my roommate got at Fry's for less than $1400. Watch for sales at Newegg.com or at the big electronics stores. Fry's price on this TV was actually $600 cheaper than Newegg.
