Though Uber is refining its self-driving technology, company officials said they expect the first robotically driven taxis to appear as early as 2019.

I can't wait to have my first vehicle capable of autonomous operation. Especially once the law changes and I can be drunk in the back or whatever as I'm stuck in traffic.
