Sony announces PS4 launch date
We now know when to expect Sony's latest salvo in the video game console wars. The company says the PlayStation 4 will launch November 15 in both the United States and Canada. Sony will roll out the new PS4 system in both Australia and in European countries like the U.K., Sweden, Austria and German on November 29 two weeks later. The same day, Sony will release the system in 10 Latin American countries. Microsoft is expected to launch its rival Xbox One this year, too - but it hasn't announced an exact launch date. The PS4 will cost $399, $100 less than Microsoft's new offering. The gaming consoles will be the first new ones since Nintendo's Wii U was rolled out last November. So, who's buying one? :gamer: |
