i bought the game from a friend in 7th grade even before we started playing just because i wanted to be able to watch the intro whenever i wanted.

soul blade was awesome as f*ck for it's day, graphically unchallenged.

i used to think my best friend was rich because he had a PS1. used to come over his house just to play it. i never liked FF8+, but FF7 was pretty neat. of course, Zelda 64 was my favorite.

PS1 was known for its realistic intros showing off it's CD interface even thought N64 could also play video. that was the sh*t back then.

these were all badass.

to this day, i think there is no rally video that matches this one. unless it's WRC for PS2, which is badass. Hyundai Accent WRC is in it a few times.

lol i used to have NFSII on PC and i had this badass NFS rally game for PS1, it was so hard for me as a kid. My favorite PS1 game was either the Tenchu series, or Tekken.

 

i love V-Rally 2 because it was so popular and it had all the legendary cars, and oddly, the Hyundai Coupe was in the WRC class.


tenchu:stealth assasins was awesome!! and Tekken 3 was beast, hard but graphics/framerate were unbeatable.
i always thought mokujin's video was funny as hell
