This reminds me of the battle with Amazon and Apple. Publishers are entering into contracts with them because that's the easiest way to get their eBooks out in the market, and get the biggest chunk of the market. Apple and Amazon have stated in their contracts with Publishers that they aren't allowed to give eBooks at a price lower than what's given to Amazon/Apple. Therefore, Amazon and Apple will ultimately control 100% of the market because nobody can offer a lower price.

It's a fact that when you own a network you can do what you want with it. Google should know better though...
My cell phone is an iPhone. For some reason the iPhone channel on my AT&T service is bogged down, but the rest of them are not. This is an example of non-neutrality.
