Fit Bits

I just bought a Fit Bit and I love it. I like how I can track everything I do during the day and it gives a pretty good high level of calories, steps taken and heart rate. Do any of you guys wear one and track your health with it?

I have a Fitbit too and wear it every day. nice reminder of how fat I am. :P

My smartwatch has a lot of the same functionality, but is lacking a heart rate monitor.

I do like having stats for steps and calories burned available.
