does it actually give numeric, or just relative information?

I've heard they're somewhat reliable, but should mostly be used for comparing mod upgrades (i.e., run it twice in a car, install mod, run it twice in the same car to see changes). It requires it to be mounted in a stable and flat position, and I've been told it's fairly easy to fudge the numbers and make it read differently.

Post up some screenshots or something, I've never seen it in person

There's quite a few for the G1/Android phones too. Dinodyno was one of the two I had installed.
