The wife has given me the approval to go ahead and build a game room in the basement. Our basement is finished with drywall, heat, carpeting, and is a livable area of the house. My wife's friend is divorced and she got pretty much everything in the settlement. She has a poker table, a small bar, and a pool table that shes giving us. So I plan on putting all this downstairs in my little man-cave. I would like to get a pinball machine or maybe even a couple of console arcade games and some bar lighting to put down there. Anyone here have a room like this in their place?

 

Hey Thats awesome, me and the wife have a pin ball machine we might sell, let me talk to her and see if she wants it, we rarely play it and its kinda a pain in the ass to keep moving house to house, as Im military. Thank gosh the movers have to do all the lifting. LOL I can take some pics if your interrested.

 

we have a "media" room in my house. I have a projector screen with an led projector, i have a pool table and a bar down their. its nice because i was able to put all the electronic equipment in the closet and just run the wire to the projector through the wall since the closet is right behind the projector and couch. The best is the kegerator we have though, i turned an old flea market fridge into a two keg kegerator. we also have some led lighting surrounding the ceiling and some dj lighting for when we throw parties down their.

My basement is finished too with a full bar, flat screen, leather couches, and an insane sound system. One (of my many) DJ setups are down there, and I have some club lighting on the ceilings too. Its my own personal little mini club for when I throw parties. smile.gif I just need to get some mirrors and a stripper pole! *hahaha*
