Would you ever live in an apartment above a restaurant?
Friend of mine just signed a lease for an apartment above a restaurant. He's always lived with roommates so this is his first place just by himself. He got a good deal on it I guess but I dont know if I could do it due to noise, smell, and pain in the ass parking.
