Default What's a good wine for Christmas parties?

Got invited to a couple of Christmas parties and I want to bring some bottles of wine. I dont know what kind the people who are throwing them drink and I dont want to ask. So whats a good safe bet to get that is well liked by everyone? I dont know a thing about wine.

Bring what you know. If you're not in to wine, don't bring wine. Bring beer or booze. Perhaps Champagne?

if you have to bring wine, bring an assortment of possible.

like beer, everyone has their own style.

if you dont want to bring multiple bottles, Riesling or moscato are typically safe as they are on the sweeter side and you can say you "brought dessert"

Stay with a white wine or bring champagne.
