I've always enjoyed a nice tuna fish sandwich especially after working out cause of all the protein content and of course the taste but many of my friends seem to find tuna fish disgusting. They find the smell repulsive however I don't really think it's all too bad. Just curious how many of you guys actually like tuna.

 

 

 

I like it just fine, but it's a bad idea more than once or twice a month. Mercury poisoning is a serious issue in people that eat to much of it, especially the canned stuff.

 

You might be surprised how much elemental mercury your body can get rid of.

 

I eat a lot of canned tuna (solid ftw). I have bigger things to worry about than mercury. Like the moldy attic i was in last week. Or the asbestos covered duct work i see and have to work on once in a while. Not to mention the pack of cigs i smoke everyday. I say bring on the mercury. lol

 

I like tuna, despise mayo. I usually have tuna in pasta or on a salad.

 

I like a good tune sammich extra mayo. I like lemon pepper in mine.
