Default The recipe that got me banned from RDTiburon

I love having a clean system so once a week I like to "Colon Blow" myself. I have a lot of ways to make this but I'll type in what I had today.

Korean Redneck's Lemonade COLON BLOW:

3 teaspoons of Lemonade Metamucil laxative fiber (That's 3 servings)
1 Litre of Diet Sprite or carbonated water
Honey (as much as you want). Honey is a mild laxative as well.

Stir vigorously. Enjoy. Wait 6-32 hours for your colon to blow. Enjoy being "free".

seems like that wouldn't be super effective, but whatever works.

what do you mean? It works for me. I've been doing this every Friday for the past 2 years. I probably have the cleanest tubes compared to all of you.

If it banned you there, why would you post it here?

It would be good to possibly explain yourself a little more, other than, "Here's a good colon blow recipe."

Why do you choose to flush yourself weekly? What benefits should/could/do you see from it? Any articles supporting your position? What caused you to start this and why has it continued for 2 years?

Make the topic worth reading, rather than telling us how you clean your intestines.

Do you think there's a negative effect? Are you possibly ridding yourself of positive probiotics that need to grow within your organs? Are you taking any probiotics to help with digestive health?

weekly seems to be to frequent.. it just didn't look like a good 'long term' recipe to get major 'gunk' out from a few months or more. could though, i have no idea.

but using it that frequently seems like it could do more long term harm then help..

Majik, this is not the damn high school debate team.. it's the internet. If people want to post stupid random sh*t let them post stupid random sh*t.

On the downside, the more people post stupid random sh*t the less people post cool, hyundai-related sh*t and people like me with little time to sift through the bullshit will no longer visit here. sad.gif

Back on topic,
Koreantrailertrash, next Friday try Seafoam?

^ lol simmer down patty. It's the internet, try not to get butt-hurt. Oh, and no personal attacks. wink.gif

I wasn't trying to be too offensive, but I am interested in some of the questions I posted. KR seems like someone who's done research on this and could possibly enlighten us all.

Hahah. Carbonation yes, but I didn't know honey has that effect. They make Metamucil in pills now.

I love your sig. From NES Punch Out?

It just upsets me that if you post foods that helps your colon or any organs "down there", people don't take it serious. Even when there's people dying out there from problems "down there". If people took it serious, I wouldn't have been banned.

I remember reading on health by reading your feces at school (no pictures, just words). One of my friends told me I was some freak. Guess what? 6 years later, recently, he got digestion problems and blood in his stools. I'm waiting to hear back from him.

It's not stupid sh*t. Thanks for the insult.

Yes, Honey is know to have a very mild laxative effect. The Metamucil pills for me are not enough and they are expensive. Yup, that's King Hippo, my favorite boxer.
