Default Pho

is really good. Im still a noob to it though. I dunno how to properly accessorize it.

It was served to me in a big bowl alongside a plate of bean sprouts, some cut up pepper (whatever that pepper was I loved it), a slice of lime, and two sauces, one red (maybe curry) and one black/brown (really sweet like candy)

everyone has their own ways of eating pho, from what i know, you use white spoon to drink the soup, some people like to put the brown and red sauce on it and use it to dip the meat.

the red sauce is a well known very popular gourmet chili sauce..sriracha..a.k.a rooster sauce

brown sauce is i think plum sauce, it's got a sweet savory taste

i personally put hot and plum sauce on the soup to give it more body and flavor,

put bean sprouts in the bowl, same for basil leaves and lime, add the lime in the drinking water for taste

i love pho..it's just regretful that i don't live close enough to one.

i also like the summer rolls, although a real summer roll should have rice noodles, shrimp, basil, bean sprouts wrapped in rice paper..some restaurants skip the pork..grr
