Anyone eat this stuff? I tried it recently and I have to admit....I actually like it and apparently better for you than just about anything out there.
Duke University has done research that suggests Kale may block the harmful effects of Bisphenol-A, the harmful chemical found in nearly all plastics and can linings that is messing with all our hormones.
I've been putting it on burgers. Just awesome.
Anyone have some good recipes for it?

You're eating it raw? You don't find it to tough? I usually braise it down in some white wine and garlic. Add a little bit of water at a time if it dries out until it gets to the desired texture. To make it like cooked spinach usually takes a good hour or more.
