Not much. I grew up on 2% but I now drink skim. I had to run to the gas station a few weeks ago and all they had was whole milk. It felt like drinking yogurt it was so thick.

When I'm in my workout mode, I'll drive 12-16oz./day with protein.

When I eat in our cafeteria at work, I always grab a half-pint of skim.

I like to eat cereal. I probably only go through half gallon/wk.

Other than that, I never drink it.

However much it takes to get me through my 2 cups of coffee every morning. Fat free though.

Whole. If I could get cheap, local, raw whole milk I'd take that. The occasional bowl of cereal is about it. A couple of years of a big heaping bowl of 2% in Cheerios was . . . bad . . . for my guts.
