How long do you cook pumpkin seeds for?

Default How long do you cook pumpkin seeds for?

Im gonna be carving my pumpkins either tonight or tomorrow and was wondering once you get the seeds out, strain them, and toss some salt on them...how long do you leave them in the oven for, and on what temperature? Also, do you have to flip them or can you just leave them on the pan as is.

You need to let them dry after they're strained too. Leave them spread out on a sheet pan overnight before you bake them. Put them in at 350 and mix them up every 10 minutes until you obtain a nice golden brown. Probably 25-30 minutes.
