5 slices of white American cheese.

2 beer flavored beef brats.

Between 2 slices of lightly grilled sandwich bread.

Directions:

1. Mix a half pound Angus ground beef with bread crumbs, one egg, and two table spoons of jerk seasoning.

2. Soak two bratwurst in beer and two tablespoons of Cajun seasoning.

3. Make two even patty’s out of the mix.

4. Fry to preference in skillet or frying pan.

5. Top each patty with two slices of white American cheese.

6. Fry eight strips of turkey bacon.

7. Top each patty with four pieces covering the cheese.

8. Take one patty mound and place it on top of the other patty mound with one more slice of white American cheese on top of the conjoined mound.

9. Cut the bratwurst in half and fry hard in a skillet or frying pan.

This place I go has a "Bratzel Burger". It's a 1/2 pound patty, thick sliced Applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, a brat, fried onion strings, lettuce, tomato, pickles, all on a pretzel bun. They serve it held together with a steak knife. I usually order it with a pint.
