Healthy Fat Cutting foods/meals
Ok, so I workout a lot, and I'm seeing results but as we know (you'll learn right now if you don't) abs are made in the kitchen.
I typically keep my lunches & dinners solid (veggies and chicken or fish), and stay away from processed foods, cheeses, and just generally enjoyable yet fatty foods.
I prep my my meals at the beginning of the week so sometimes they are boring after awhile.
Could you suggest certain meals to cook? It would be great, but not necessary, if you had a recipe.
