It's silly to deny a patron in drive thru based on mode of transportation. Staging the protest by bringing the animal inside was a nice stand, but I see where the restaurant has a problem when the horse shat on the floor.
I think both parties could have just walked away, fining her for the horses actions seems like am extreme move when they were the initial aggressors. It's not like she can lead the horse to the counter and make it sh*t.

They have a sign up at my mcdonalds: "Due to health and safety concerns, only customers in a motor vehicle or on a motorcycle will be served."
So getting fast food on a sportsbike is definitely less dangerous than someone walking up to the window? I don't see how it's a health and safety concern to walk through a f*cking drive-thru. If that poses an unacceptable risk to people's safety, they better fire all the 13 year olds working on the fryers. Guh.

Yes it is a risk, but crosswalks seem safe enough for the rest of the world. And they have young kids working around boiling oil. And it's perfectly fine to balance a dinner box on the fuel tank of a sportbike.

Speaking of balancing things on sportbikes...
...once, when I was in Spain, I saw a guy riding a moped. Nothing new there, except he had a couple of little children on the back of the seat. Again, nothing too remarkable. The odd part was, in the basket on the handlebars, the guy was holding down a live chicken with one hand as he drove his moped through town.
The chicken was not happy.
