That's actually a really good point.
If anyone watches Anthony Bourdain's show on CNN he had an episode that featured Chef René Redzepi. This guy makes edible reductions from common molds and otherwise spoiled foods, and makes them into not just edible but also (apparently) delicious dishes. The technology in today's kitchens is insane. |
