Default Aprons - how often do you wear them?

Its ok guys...us girls wont bash you too hard if you say you wear an apron when cooking

Seriously though, how often do you all wear them? I have a plain white one I wear when I'm baking. Since I tend to get flour and stuff all over, its better to get it on my apron than my clothes.

I don't own an Apron, but I should consider it. I grill at least 3-4x/wk

I've been cooking professionally for 18 years, and wore one for the first 2 years (because I had to wear my own clothes to work.) I hate how restricted they make me feel and when the strings ride up, so does your shirt. At home.....I just take my chances. I tend to be extremely neat in the kitchen in most cases, but accidents occasionally happen. Nothing the washer can't fix.

I wore one when roughly washing dishes at the pizza place. Other than that, I just embrace the mess.

I'd be better off wearing an apron when eating the damned food, never mind cooking it.
