Default Any Scotch drinkers on the board?

I started drinking the stuff last summer, and haven't looked back. For some reason, it appeals to me not only because it's tasty, but also because I'm a pack rat, and the variety and rarity of many single malt scotches makes me want to buy a bottle of each.

I'm down to three bottles at the moment:

The Balvenie Single Barrel 15
The Glenlivet 12
Lagavulin 16

I've polished off the following:
The Balvenie DoubleWood 12
Macallan 12

I've also tried Oban 14 and Laphroaig 10.

What do you have at the moment, what's your all time favorite, and what bottle would you lose a toe to try out? Also, where do you buy your scotch, and if you have good online resources, please share! Here where Im at, the stuff's costly. The Lagavulin set me back $100.

I've been eying a bottle of Macallan 18, good scotch costs good money. The Glenlivet & The Balvenie are quite good. I've not tried Lagavulin, how do you like it?
