ok so the day after my battery experience...... im at kroggers backing out. i get out of the parking lot and start to go forward only to hear a massive thump. now im thinking wtf. i look out my window and see a big ass bump in my face. so now im DAMN IT. so we get out and call insurance and shitz, get everything taken care of. got an estimate, $2000, and now im waiting on freakin claims to tell me whos at fault....(i dont think its me and the state farm guy agrees)so now im stuck with an injured tib for the week till i talk to claims 02.gif. i really wanna put a bandaid on it or something. lol

 

It could be worse...you could've been at fault. You should've claimed back injuries and get some extra money for parts. wink1.gif

ABQ, 90% of our insurance money goes to covering 12 months of nothing and 2 seconds of damage. so why not? lol

I say claim it 00, it's terrible man but it happens. it's happened to most of us. if not it will sooner or later. i remember that horrible night i went over a curb. no i wasn't drunk, just overworked and tired...

companies take sooo much. you might not be in an accident for 10 years and still be paying thousands of dollars. it's like darn condo fees!!!!

H.K.C. you say that now but wait til you hit some one going 5 mph and they try to sue you for almost $100,000 . then you have to deal with the lawsuit for over 2 years. thats where all your money goes not to 12 months of nothing and 2 minutes of damage.

That happened to someone I know, she had to actually wear a kneck brace for like 2 months, she was truly injured pretty bad (rear ended at a stop light) and she barely got shit out of it. I think total they ended up giving her enough to take care of her hospital bill and that's it.

 

Yea its so stupid the injury stuff people sue for, they try to get money out of everything such as doctors, we all make mistakes but now doctors can barely make any money, and we all have to watch for people like that who will try to make u wreck
