people are evil and dent my car all the time with their car doors. i have NEVER hit anything in my car, yet there are little white paint scratches and dings on my driver's side and passenger side doors. THEN, on my back driver's side, right behind my wheel well, someone scraped their car against mine (it looks like they did it pulling out of a parking spot or something) and it took paint off down to the body (like it's rough and not shiny).

RAR!!! SO PISSED! of course my dad is like "park in the middle of nowhere" and that would solve the problem, but no, i'm a lazy bum, especially in the winter.

i just wish people would have more control over their car doors. yesterday in my bf's apartment parking lot, we watched a guy open his car door right into the truck next to him and not even flinch...i was like AHHHH

so i'm done now...thank you

I know the feeling, those are half the reason I need to get my car touched up so bad.

I'll take a drink....and yeah mine is like that too, you look down it sideways and it looks like the surface of a golfball.

i would "park in the middle of nowhere" thats what i do and not a dent on my tib yet.

you'd better believe I'm in the middle of nowhere... mostly to avoid people walking by and putting a fist in my fender... it's happened twice evil.gif so I park in the middle of nowhere so people will be able to see if anybody messes with my car.

that is also a no no..... majik.. that is also takin like "ohh that persone who drives that car thinks he is hott sh*t" soo then they come after it.. trust me. the best thing for someone with a falshy car like mine, is not to drive it all.......only on nice days and no mall shopping or best buy shopping.. ohh and no church either, cause the people there dont know how to respect someones car.

I always try and get the end spots near the curbs and islands.. it allows me to put the wheels all the way to one side of the parking slot without worrying about anybody else... which gives the other side a big cushion.

Next month I am finally getting the twin dents in my driver's door fixed. They are Gold ball shaped and sized, caused by somebody throwing a stolen bicycle into my car and leaving it there not two months after I bought it. The paintless dent repair guy gave me an estimate of 80 bucks.. but he could not do anything with the paint because of the deepness of the gouges that went with it... and he will come to my house to do the work!

he'll probably use The Ding King from TV........ or a hot glue gun and a stick (same thing)

Let me tell you all a little story. I used to own a Dodge Intrepid here in Korea. I had a license plate the people can tell that an American owns that car. Where I am at, most Koreans don't like Americans that much. I could not tell you how many times I have had my side view mirrors kicked off in the middle of the night. Many many times I would go out to my car in the morning, and it would be the only car vandalized on the street. So about 10 months ago, I'm driving down south of here and this Korean guy runs a red light right in front of me. Totals my car. When the police show up, he tells the cops I'm the one that ran the red light. Well after three days of argueing with the police and this guy, losing 2 days of work, and having a mild case of whiplash, the police can't decide who is telling the truth. So they tell us to let our insurance companies settle this themselves. They just let us go. I am still steamed about this and its been almost a year. So I finally break down and buy another car a few weeks ago, and I decide I'll get a Korean car this time. That way it'll be cheaper when I have to buy mirrors, antenna's, wiper arm's, and maybe some body panels. Have you noticed the name I'm using in here? Now you know. One other thing, I can't ever leave anything stock, so I will probably be doing something to this car too. Thanks for listening, can I have a beer too?
