Someone explain this to me please
Where does this guy get the nerve? How does a court set up this potential?
I find this shocking on several levels. http://abcnews.go.com/US/massachuset...ry?id=17349095 A convicted rapist in Massachusetts is trying to win visitation rights to the child fathered when he raped a 14-year-old girl. |
Massachusetts - known for their laws. :headshake:

Also known for groundbreaking technology, superior education and medical advancements that make the rest of the word say, "no freakin way". Just sayin'. :beercheers: Oh, and Sam Adams beer. |

^ What, you disagree with i8acobra? Uhm, ever heard of MIT (recently ranked as #1 engineering school in the WORLD)? Harvard? A sh*t ton of medical schools and bioengineering labs? Dana-Farber Cancer Institute?
Also a state with one of the lowest percentages of people depending on government benefits, and one among the ones with the highest federal tax collections per capita? Yeah, I guess we suck it bad over here. By the way, I had read that there are a lot of problems with the laws around rapists and visitation rights and such in most states. |
