My "Shark Racing" Experience
Alright, I ordered angel eyes for my old accent, and well here is my experience:

I hope this is not how you do normal business, sure when someone wants to order something your quick to get there money, but not quick to deliver. Now I want my refund and I don't get any replies back?</div>

For the headlights, we specifically state on our site that all our angel eye headlights are custom-made, so take a little longer to ship than our other products. Since there are so many different combinations of colors and headlights, not to mention the fact that these are very popular to our customers, we really can't make them ahead of time. If you really want a refund, we can grant you the refund, but your lights are all ready to ship. If you are willing to accept the lights, we can ship this week, and you can get the lights by Monday or so.</div>

I got my refund. Now they want to argue with me again.....

I am curious about your comment. Exactly what are you letting slide? We specifically say beforehand that headlight orders are shipped later than other orders because they are custom-made.
As I said before, your headlights were all ready to be shipped, and it happens that we have another customer who ordered the same combination as you did, so he lucked out by getting his earlier. If we didn't have a customer to ship these to, the refund would not have been so easily refunded. Just so you know, since these are all custom-made.</div>

If you haven't received a reply within a few days, we have a notice on the site, asking people to email us at this Gmail account, since email is sometimes unreliable.

I sent 3 e-mails to your other e-mail address, which I've got reply's on prior to this, it just so happens that when I wanted a refund all the e-mails I sent apparently didn't get received. And somehow that is my fault? You are correct i've never e-mailed you at this one because I thought your official "@sharkracing.com" would be the main one that you check, just like every other company in the world. (if i wanted to talk to microsoft i wouldn't e-mail microsoft@gmail.com)
Regardless of the fact that I didn't e-mail your gmail account, the problem got resolved and I'm satisfied, I told you I would give you my business in the future, yet you still seem to be arguing with me. Instead of pushing the argument further and further, I'm not your boss or anything, but use this as a training experience in customer service. Because there are people out there that are a lot worse than me.</div>
Now just seeing what they say back, if they still want to argue with me lol. Do you see any customer service there? All they are doing is being childish and trying to cover their ass and still no customer service, sure they gave me my refund, but they're still arguing about it with me and the only way i could get my money back was by filing a dispute with paypal.

Because there are people out there that are a lot worse than me.</div>
Now just seeing what they say back, if they still want to argue with me lol. Do you see any customer service there? All they are doing is being childish and trying to cover their ass and still no customer service, sure they gave me my refund, but they're still arguing about it with me and the only way i could get my money back was by filing a dispute with paypal.
Unfortunately, SR has a very big reputation of doing things like that to people. However, some people have had great experience, while others have had much much worst. Take it as a learning experience I guess. Alot of people stay away from them for just that reason you posted. If you're going to buy anything, keep it as small as possible, so if it never shows up, you're not out alot of money.

Well, they seems to be hit or miss. I ordered a leather steering wheel and got it in 2 weeks. I ordered a Roadruns grille at the same time and it came 2 weeks later (4 weeks total).
Yeah....buying things like oil caps or steering wheel covers are small time items. I would buy those items any day from them over a body kit, or anything with real big value.

thats actually not bad since it's coming from Korea, some of our items take that long also when we are shipping from there.
