Mine as well, and the first major forum that I moderated. 1437.gif "Administrator" whoever you actually are for destroying the site. At least someone picked up where hp.com left off.... sorry it took me so long to move over. Holding on to lost hopes that someone else would get control over hp.com.

Its so bloody sad to see what's happened to the site after it changed hands. Either way, its good to be back here. There's just a different "feel" to HP now and it doesn't feel right. Guess its time to move back here.

I don't want to start a war or insult anyone, far from it, I just want to know why 75% of Tib owners look down on other Hyundai owners ... it's not like they all drive a BMW M5 ... most of them have the 4 cyl model, so it's basically a 2 door Elantra!!!! (I mentioned the 4 cyl because the V6 is in another category IMO ... it still not a reason to piss on others though!)
Again, it's not to start a war or to insult anyone, I just think it's sad seeing how some people are behaving towards others just because of the car they own ... the Hyundai local clubs I'm a member of, all started because the first local Hyundai club was started by Tib owners and at one point they all started pissing on non-Tib owners! Now guess which club is virtually dead ... wink.gif

I have never understood it, but I've seen the same thing. When I was going to meets with the Accent I was treated like a red headed step child and even laughed at. I think it's generally less of a problem now but it still happens. Part of me thinks it will be funny if the same thing happens to them with Genesis Coupe owners.
I have a GK now, but it's not even that original to mod a GK. Parts are inexpensive off the shelf items vs. other Hyundais. I like the Tibs, but I can really appreciate a nicely modded other Hyundai a bit more since it's less common and takes a lot more time, effort, money, and custom work to get it done.
It's all good though, set up some track days (preferably autox) and take the Tib guys. Once they see that you hold your own they will look at you differently.
