On the interstate this morning, late for work as usual... 4 lanes wide, semi trucks in right 3 lanes. Stupid cable truck doing the speed limit in the HOV lane (70mph) with a line of cars behind him swerving trying to get him to move beyond the semi truck. He was totally sandbagging everyone during rush hour. I was finally able to get behind him after ~3 miles and got his attention by riding his ass, honking my horn, and driving half way on the shoulder.
