aqua is kind of splitting hairs. As an artist.. I can see the difference between it and blue... but what about the average motorist? how about a cop who caught it out of the corner of his eye? Personally.. I find neons and LEDS beneath the car to be VERY distracting when I drive.

Not to mention telling a cop "it's not blue, it's aqua" is like saying to a rent a cop, "what are you gonna do, throw your keys?"

one thing I have noticed... telling a cop he is wrong is just the worst thing you could possibly do... maybe you can get the judge to handle it?

What caught my attention here was what folks were saying "aqua is splitting hairs", I thought they were refering to me. ANYHOW, up here in the province of Saskatchewan, the color aquamarine is considered blue and prohibited from having turned on. In fact, every colour of neon/LED is illegal to have turned on while driving and with some new legistlation, is illegal to have any underglow turned on while at rest or while in motion on a public road.

i agree! thats why i dont run my haloz on even alot of the time.

as far as for the original post ive had similiar circumstances happen to me. where ive been pulled over for speeding and the cop doesnt say a word about my window tint or my exhaust.

well then i get pulled over for it once and the guy just lectures me and doesnt even bother giving me a ticket. im just thinking he wanted to harass someone. oh well i never changed my tint or exhaust and havent gotten pulled over for anything in over a year

This is lame

Aqua - Blue
Fuschia (spelling?) - Red
SAME THING!

LEGALLY, you CANNOT have any lighting related to emergency cars (cops, ambulance, fire) on your car.

That means no blue anywhere and no red facing front.
Heck our clear corners are technically ILLEGAL, because it does not have a reflector. Just don't drive like an idiot or with neons on to attrach the cops to you.
Anyway,.... LOCKED
