Smile ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I hate how the one time that they have my tiburon at the dealership my fucking mom is a bitch.... ok so my elantra has under 7,000 miles, it is in pristine condition and the guy i've known for god....... 10 years at hyundai says that they are looking for trade ins and that they'd give me $11,000 for my elantra plus over $5,000 in rebates for a Tiburon SE that they will sell to me for $16,000.... I tell my mom and she says I'm not trading in my car..... BUT IT'S MY FUCKING CAR..... I OWN IT... IT'S IN MY DAMN NAME.... i can't wait til i leave then i can do what ever i fucking want to....

If your name is on the title and loan, just do it.

Yea it doesn't matter who's name is on the car but rather who pays the bills. If you pay the bills it's your call. Then again you do live under her roof so you follow her rules. If you move out you may not be able to pay for rent and a nice car god knows i can't. All i can say is that when i moved out the one thing i learned is how much my parents actually did for me.

Link doesn't go to the car, just the dealership. I ran into this dilema with my dad when I was 19. He was paying my insurance, and my crappy car was paid off. He said if I even thought about buying the Wrangler I was looking at, I was on my own with payments and insurance. 3 days later I drove it off the lot wink.gif

Still doesn't work. But $16k is way too much for an 06 SE. That should be in the $10k-$13k range.
