Hey all, I know I don't post a lot, but I'm on the forum alot and read just about every topic. However, I can't really go into too much detail about the accident right now because I'm on the phone w/ the insurance company and so forth as I'm posting this. But heres my first true love, gone:

I'm actually really impressed at my work (being the installination of the underbody neons) and streetglow's gold series kit. It really does withstand the roads toughest conditions.

Like I said though, I will go into much more details tonight and I'll see if I can part out.

Regardless of whether they total it or not, dont chalk it up as a loss, that actually doesnt look too hard to fix, get a pic of under the hood and i think you may be able to just push the front of the frame back out and get new body panels

That sucks! Sounds like your ok though.

Ok, vulture time... can I have your brake light in your spoiler if you have one?

Real quick, I'm not at fault. Long story short about the accident, prick was making an illegal left hand turn last minute and thats how I clipped him. TO my benefit, a copp was behind me the whole time and saw the whole thing and says, "Your not at fault." I guess that's good for my first accident.

its not a total loss but damn, you messed that car up bad. you had to have run it under something like a truck or something. damn.....

Hood, front bumper, fender, corner light, one or two headlights...

is the radiator okay? What about the fans?

Shouldn't be too bad... $1,500 for parts and $1,800 for paint. Get a CF hood and body kit, and take the money and have it all installed and painted. That's what I did, and the only reason I got a Veilside body kit.

Blessing in disguise fing02.gif

That sucks to see another rd go like that.

well, from previous experience with an accident like that.. your not looking as bad as my car looked.. if the frame is ok, your not going to have to awful much damage.. the fenders look like they are still completely fine.. corners look like they might be able to be reused..

can we get an under hood pic.. if the radiator support is not bent badly, everything else should be fine..

the most EXPENSIVE things to fix, if you have as much damage as i did, are new headlights (they are like 300$ a piece of something) and the AC condensor, which you could find at a junkyard..

doesn't look like it should be totalled though.. keep us updated, and try getting us some underhood pics..

sorry to hear about the accident.

Dang, sorry about that...mine didn't look that bad and it was a total loss sad.gif
