Hey man...cool that you're gettins some dubs. But check it...you have to ask yourself a few questions before finding the right rims/tires for yourself.

1) Are you lowered or do you plan on lowering your car in the future? How low?

2) Are you more show or more of a racer?

3) How are the roads where you live? (pot hole heaven, or smooth rollin)

Once you figure the answers out to these, then you can narrow down your search a little more to your perfect rim/tire! wink.gif

If you run a search on this area of the forum, you will be inundated with more information than you ever thought possible!

In a nutshell...about the largest you can go without running into problems with your tires and rims rubbing on bumps or hard turning is 17x7.5 and 215/40/17 tires. You MIGHT be able to get away with larger numbers if you plan on keeping your stock springs, but if you plan on lowering your car, you might want to keep within these limits.

Plenty more people will post with further advice and clarifications. This is just my advice on the matter.

Well......in response to 2000Lo&ShowTibby
1.nope.Not lowered....would like to eventually tho...maybe new year..I need to see how the $$flow is.
2. I like to race around....and show off a little bit too.
3. the roads for the most part are as smooth as city roads can get .

Basically i want a sweet set of tires to match the rims i found. The rims I want

Thanks for posting so fast. :D

and i want it to look sweetA$$ on my car and make people turn their heads....btw the black/blue rims are what i want since i have cobalt blue on my tib.

If you go with 17's, the best tire size is 205/40/17. You can have those tires with pretty much any drop spring on the market.

205/40/17 will keep your overall diameter close to stock. Good luck! wink.gif

Those rims won't fit a tib. You need a 4X114.3 bolt pattern it only lists 4x100 and 5x114.3....sorry man!
