What can be done to prevent calipers from seizing?

Other than lubing sliders up every time you change pads, is there anything else that can be done to prevent calipers from seizing or is it one of those things that can happen any time even with some type of maintenance?

it's just one of those things, just keep them lubed and make sure the rubber boots aren't split and that's about all you can do. All cars with this type of setup have similar issues

On my Accent the rubber pin boots need to be "locked" into the groove. Not easy to do but carefully with a small screwdriver you can get them pushed into the groove.
