It has come time to redo the suspension on my 2000 tib and I was weighing the options I had with various suspension packages. The struts are bad, shocks need replaced, and while I'm at it I figured I should put in the lowering springs I wanted.

I found this kit on ebay for KYB GR2 Struts and Shocks with Vogtland Springs and wanted to know if this was a decent setup to go with? Are Vogtland springs a reputable spring and do they perform fairly well?

Also, I could go with just the KYB Struts and shocks and buy the Eibach Pro kit. It would cost some more money, by why spend it if I don't have to? laugh.gif

I use the tiburon as my daily driver so I don't really need to make it a race car but just want to improve it a little bit. If anyone has used this setup before or has any experiences with the Vogtland lowering springs feel free to leave your opinions and any reviews you have about their product. Any information would be greatly appreicated.

well i have eibach springs and kyb gr2...to be honest i never heard of Vogtland springs...

i would get either eibach or h&r springs...

or you could you get Nex coilovers...the only thing you could adjust is the height not the dampering rate

i think he's talking about me, search my threads/posts and you'll see some pics of before and after shots from when I installed the kyb and eibach combo. Of course my car has 130k miles on it so it didn't drop as much as the manufacturers say it will
