Shocks..

I'm looking to pick up a set of H&R springs and was wondering what kind of shocks people are buying? Koni, KYB,...? What kind of handling do they improve upon? Ideally I would like coilovers but not for $2k. thanks

The Koni's require you to "reuse" the stock strut housings and spring perch. This is a MAJOR PITA and adds about $50 per corner to get them installed.

Go with the Eibachs.

Talking about suspension ans stuff, does any of you know about the FAST coil springs? I was offered them for a ridiculous amount of money, $180cdn, which is like $10 US (hehe more like $115 US). I know I've personnaly never heard of them, and I don't want to put crap on my car.

Random-

From what I can tell, the Eibach shocks are only usable with Eibach springs, so says Tire Rack. I want more of a drop than 1.2 though.

Also, does anyone know how much the Eibach Pro System Plus kit costs? I saw it on the Eibach website but I can't find a price when I search for it..

The Eibach Dampners will work with H&R springs. Tire Rack is told to say that by Eibach, as the Eibach setup is a "kit" and "tuned" to work together.

I have the Eibach struts and sprins in my car and im very happy with the ride.
It says its a 1.2inch drop but it dropped about 1.5 or 1.7.
My car is pretty low and trust me when i say its more than a 1.2 Inch drop.I have pics of my car over at the FXtreme forum under Apperance Forum.Check it out and see for youself :D :D :D :D :D :D

Skilspeed if you wanna see pics of my car i pasted them in this forum (TeamSR).Look under External Apperance and you can see the drop that i have with my Eibach Dampers and shocks

HEY
2UNIQ no way you are lower than 1.2inches,i also use the eibach pro kit and by my measurement the car´s been lowered exactly 1,2´´as the eibachs prove...
BTW i use KYB schocks but i am planning on testing the prodamper kit by eibach
