The Screws on the rotor????

Ok I took off my front rim and I saw the two screws that everyone is talking about..So what are they there for???? what are the holding?? So hopefully my rims that I ordered will fit...The guy at wheelmax.com said something about I have to break a pin or something,,,has anyone ever heard about it??

they have something to do with when the car was made at the factory they helped hold the rotor on or so I was told by my dealer. But I was told that even though they are useless once the car is on the road to keep the holes clean so try to plug them with something.

He's right, you can just take those screws out. When I was getting my Enkei wheels put on at America's Tire Company, they found that those screws were in the way. They called Hyundai and were told that those screws serve no further purpose...

You can take those screws out.

I replaced mine with countersunk screws, so they are still there, but with countersunk screws, you can fit any wheel.
