Default Question about All Season tires

What the difference is in Gran Touring and regular High Performance all season tires? Pricing doesnt seem too different from them and I cant find an explanation on the differences.

Normally touring says to me "high mileage" and performance means lots of grip. There is no set definition so each manufacturer will/could have a different meaning.

If you want a recommendation, Continental ExtremeContact DWS are amazing. They are better IN RAIN than the summer bridgestones my car had stock on dry pavement! And very decent for an all-season in winter weather.

Check out the Surveys tab here http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....emeContact+DWS
