Camber Help!
Soooo, I need a camber adjustment and was wondering if the Eibach pro adjustment kit would be a good fix????
Eibach pro alignment kit---> Click me
The tires I have are wearing on the inside equally. My best guess is camber since the car is lowered 2"

any camber kit will work. The eibach one is quite expensive. I have one off-the-shelf from a local alignment place. It cost $15 for an offset bolt per wheel. That eibach one is like $300 last time I checked.

On mine, the bolt is replaced by a smaller bolt which has a lobe on it. You turn the bolt and it adjusts the camber by changing the angle of the hub to the strut. They are aftermarket replacements for the stock bolts.
Mine replaces the upper hub bolt which connects to the strut.

hey DTN, do you only need one pair or two? because I found these cheaper ones and they said:
Replaces either the top or both the top and bottom strut-to-spindle mounting bolt(s). Positive or negative camber adjustments are possible by positioning the FastCam finger tab (located near the head of the bolt and stamped with a number). Finger tab of the upper bolt faces toward the engine for negative camber changes, outward for positive. Simple rotation the head of the FastCam will adjust camber +-1deg. For extra camber adjustment, the lower bolt will be positioned and simultaneously adjusted (rotated) opposite of the top to achieve +-2deg total adjustment.
I think my tire wear can just be fixed with one degree of camber adjustment though.
Here is the cheaper ones Ingals fastcam bolts
meh....I bought the ingals one, I'll let you guys know how well they work. I figured I might need 2 degrees of camber adjustment, might as well be safe. but literally my tires are wearing on the inside harsh

That's what I got! ingals fast cam must be mine. They work great!
You need 4 of them.
The alignment tech can install them for you if you want.
Eibach must have changed their brand somewhat. They used to be these big funky aluminum things that I didn't understand how they worked and they cost alot. I'd say go with the Ingals though. I know they work and it's not just a single bump, it's an entire cam that moves the hub around.
I always saw pictures of the eibach kit for our cars looking like this

and costing alot more money
That's teh scam right there... buy some bolts and washers, weld nipples on them, sell for 2,000% profit.

Bullfrog,
Ehow.com Attaching strut to spindle mount.
In the above url is a video of how to attach the strut to the spindle mount. You'll see the guy hold a bolt up around 19 seconds in the video. That is the bolt you'd be replacing with these ingal or eibach alignment bolts. There's a top and bottom one. Then as explained on the previous website where you can buy these products i've posted, you turn the tab towards the motor to increase negative camber for the upper bolt, however on the lower bolt, you would have to rotate the tab away from the motor for more negative camber on the lower bolt. Im looking to get more positive camber since my tires are wearing on the inside. so I would just the opposite.

ok put these on today, and they do what they're suppose too, however I SUGGEST for anyone who tries this to have a professional do it. It can get ugly when you have no idea how far off your camber is.
Lol. I thought my camber was pretty bad, apparently not. I set it to +2 degrees and wow was my car completely unstable. Took turns really nice but could'nt hold the steering wheel in a straight line...sooo.... sigh*, I took the wheels back off untightened the lower bolts replaced the upper bolts back with the stock bolts and set the adjustable lower bolts to stock camber setting. I'm gonna go get a professional to tell me how bad the camber is tomorrow or later, so I know what to set it at.
Anyways, i have a second set of Ingals cambolts if anyone with a lowered car or plans on lowering there car wants to buy them? Sell em for 15$ plus shipping? lol.

if i knew sooner i would have sold you mine unused for good price. i had the same problem. bought the adjustment "kit", quit work because i got into UMD, then hit a curb and couldn't afford new eibach struts. 02.gif
anyway i ordered camber adjustment "kit" and it's just four screws with circular ends.
