caliper seizing

Is there a way to tell if a rear caliper has seized up without removing the wheel and caliper?

Vehicle: 2000 hyundai tiburon

put the car up on jackstands w/ parking brake off and spin wheels by hand-... there should be a slight amount of resistance.
