Default Braided brake lines

Is one brand better than another? I'm going to pick up a set this week. Not looking for ebay garbage, I just got my XG calipers painted and rebuilt the entire suspension, the last thing I want to cheap out on are the lines feeding the brakes.

As a side question, has any gone full braided, meaning run from the line ends all the way to the master cyl?

braided lines all the way to the master cyl would not benefit you in the least. ss braided lines minimize the amount of expansion when compared to a rubber hose. the hard lines from the master do not flex @ all. the reason why you don't have hard lines going all the way to the caliper is because you need that bit of flex for suspension travel and for the wheels to turn left and right. if a hard line were in place there over a short period of time it would kink, warp, and break.

i got mine through stauf (a member on here) via group buy. i don't know iif he is still active on here.

goodridge seemed to be the other brand that alot of people liked.

I guess not replacing the hardlines with potentially weaker softies make sense.

Going to keep my eye out for those. I wanted to pop into Summit or somewhere local and pick them up to save time.
