I really like it, the exterior is slick and the interior is just wow (steering wheel is my favorite lol)..I remember Nissan had a similar looking model like that, that was supposed to come out but never did.

I of course wouldnt sell my tib for this, but itd make a nice little daily driver fing02.gif

Ye ol' Proc'eed. Takes me back to the good old days when I sold Kias.... 2 months ago. The 2.7L that Kia uses is currently in the in the 07 Optima (a pretty slick sedan btw), putting out about 172hp. Not surprisingly, the same engine as is in the GK.

The customizability of the C'eed (on sale now in Europe, and doing quite well in sales) is pretty amazing. Change out different sections of the interior, dash, center stack, etc. etc.

Keep in mind that the guy who designed the Audi TT and the new Beetle recently took over as head designer for Kia. Although I have to say that the Kia I'm waiting for is either this:

and let's not forget the KCV-III

Well apparantely I'm the only one here who thinks it's uninspired and not that attractive.

^^ Nah.

Kinda looks to Focus-ey to me.

Now is that the production model in those pics, or is that the pre-production model that has all those cool bells and whistles that production will never see... like the red-line tires, 2-tone wheels, chrome accented air-dams and in-bumper dual exhaust?

I'd have to see different colors, but I'd also have to say, I'd trade my tib in for it. Kinda strange, considering I'm planning for a $25k-$30k car after the Element is paid off. I think it looks good enough to change my mind!

i just noticed.. the PROCEED. the badass looking one is a concept, and the one that came out is the CEED, which is FAR less impressive.. do i have that right tho.. the proceed is just concept, and the CEED came out.. maybe i just cant read, lol..

i wouldnt trade my tib in for the CEED, but the PROCEED, i would trade it in.

BUT, just when I was getting all grumpy, I read this:
"The Proceed concept is almost identical to the production car, due in late 2007. The swooping roofline, scalloped sides, sleek window graphic, raked rear hatch and inverted radiator grille (compared with the five-door) are all the real deal. Only the aluminium details like the tailpipes, big 19inch wheels, lamp graphics and slim side mirrors will be dulled down."

Sadly, those were the things I liked most about it. (see my post above^^^)
Guess I should have clicked on the first link before posting this! oops!

Looks completely different in production lol.

Doesn't look like a Focus now though.

Looks like a Kia. ;P

That's a great looking car. I saw it at the Paris Auto Show when we were there in October. I'd buy a car like that, no question.

EDIT: Here's a couple photos I took.
