Default Do you change your oil after race day?

Even if you're not near the 90 day/3000 mile mark?

For me it all depends on how high the oil temperatures got. In my old NA car I could hit it all day and the temperature would not change, I had an external oil cooler that keep the temperature stable.

On my turbo car it was a different story and yes, after hitting it hard the oil temp climbed and I took that as a warning to change.

Always a good idea to do this. You push your engine to it's limits sometimes so having fresh oil after race day is just a smart thing to do.
