Default How cold is too cold to go a track?

Colder months are coming and I was curious how cold is too cold to go to a track before it becomes dangerous or does no good? I know if the track itself is too cold, you wont be able to get any grip and it's harder to heat up the tires.

Tracks around here usually close in early October so you dont really see any racing at all between October and April.
