Are there any bodykits out there that actually help in downforce and planting the front end down on the ground for better handling and traction?

You can do little things like canards and front splitters but otherwise, like Stocker said, nothing you will find for the street. Also keep in mind that aero that does help in that is going to be very very expensive because it'll be tested in wind tunnels and gone through rigorous exams to make sure it does apply proper downforce and cuts wind.
