Not that hard. That's 23 years. Think about what technology looked like 23 years ago vs. today and remember that technology advancements accelerate.

Then all F2/F2E/TSIII's would get exported from that nanny state for pennies! 
I don't think vehicles last that long on the island anyways. They're having a very hard time keeping Tiburons alive with serious rust issues and MOT failures.
