Default Detailing in the high heat

Some of you may have seen that Arizona has crazy heat this year. Even in the shade, it can be near 100 degrees. How do you detail a car when it's that hot? Quick detailer evaporates and streaks almost instantly and washing a car means you have to keep a constant flow of water on the car or else you'll end up with all sorts of water spots because you cant dry the car before it evaporates. And waxing or polishing the car in crazy heat is next to impossible. So what can you do to keep your car looking great when it's so hot?

Not worry about it? No one can survive long enough to look and see the spots?

Drive through touchless car wash that waxes as it cleans? That's what I would do. Or find a shop that is air conditioned that I could bring my car to and do it there.
